I can be found in many ways.
Simply arrange something witty and suitable infront of the @ sign, such as perhaps my first name or an insult, and append the name of this fabulous website you see here before me. Or you can email my webmaster account, but beware! I get a fair bit of spam to that address so I can't guarantee your missive won't be overlooked.
Instant Messenger
I'd really rather you used Jabber; my name is richardgaywood@jabber.org. Jabber is a fully open-source protocol that isn't going to disappear to be sabotaged by a nasty commercial firm at a second's notice, which incidentally is about to happen to MSN Messenger. If you are an open source type, you are no doubt down with that. If you're a Windows type, you probably use Trillian, which has Jabber support built in so you don't have to download anything or do anything much to use it. If you're a Windows type and you don't use Trillian then you damned well should. It's fab.
If you must use an Evil Proprietary Protocol, you could try ICQ (66545073) or AIM (Screename is RichardGaywood). I have an MSN account (same ID as AIM, @hotmail.com) but once Microsoft go through the changes in Sept '03 I can't promise I'll be able to get onto it so if I'm never online, you know why.

I can often be found on DalNET IRC (nickname g1yndwr), and various Usenet newsgroups posting as Glyndwr or my own name.
